I would definitely reccomend this product to anybody that is in need of a solid arm sleeve that wont be cheaply made and a disappointment

I have to wonder if this elbow sleeve would have fixed me up by itself but i couldnt tolerate it for long periods due to the silicone bead running along the inside of the sleeve as well as its stitching which made this very uncomfortable

I tried doubling over the end of the sleeve so the silicone wouldnt pinch against my skin but that made the top of the sleeve which is already thicker because of the way it is finished too constricting
