Arbor press does a great job stamping out gold seals for certificates and liturgies. Looks to be good, fine grained iron unlike some of the bargains. Excellent machine. Buy once, cry once is my motto.

I simply cannot believe that any of the cheap chinese products come anywhere close to the beefy quality of this little beast
I compared this to ones not made in the united states and there is just no comparison in quality craftsmanship and heft
Price
So i have no doubt i bought quality and i accept a premium for american made and made well the price is still hard to justify

I think they are priced so high because they last forever and need very little in the form of maintenance or parts

As dale said in one of their videos they have been making these for over a 100 years and still don’t know what the half life is on them
