Both red and green dots illuminate just fine on all 10 settings, with no overglare.

It's not a perfect dot when i look with my right eye closed and leave my left eye open but i looked at the reviews before buying they mention this could be a issue not a problem.

Also, i should add, the end caps do come off if you want to take them off.
