Panel can be rotated 180 degrees for being flat against the neck to totally extending the neck. The only thing which i dislike is its hinge which seems a little loose.

I love the amount of light shining from this lamp and it completely and successfully lights up what i need it to! Takes up little space but gives more than adequate light on my desk, and low power consumption. Love these lights, lightweight, compact.
