Dmannose is a life saver. Used it for a uti. I take d- mannose as soon as i get symptoms.

Then he said he would give me a one of treatment and wait for results after a couple of days he said it was a kidney infection and gave me some tablets that made me sick

My period seriously triggers it and usually i spend a lot of time and money with sachets baths downing litres of water and cranberry cartons not to mention the amount of paracetamol i would have to take which never sat well with me
