Takes less than 1 minute to install and remove if need be. It still seems secure. The cord lock seems like a good feature.
Used on 2 fenders and 1 rogue bass. Fit easily on fender posts with a thick leather * them.

Switched to these and the strap blocks the rubbing
Daddario should post the strap lock hole dimension andor maximum strap button size in the ad and on the packaging
Dont plan to use the 34cable channel34 to keep your cord out of the way

I have 3 of them in different guitars works like a champ
Id stand these up to any other product for that at literally a fraction of the cost
Seems fragile to support an eletric guitar
Dont replace eveything with an expencive locking system

No replacement of strap buttons

Unfortunately these do not accommodate strap buttons that also serve as the plugin for your guitar

I bought them for a performance a play where i played and danced with the mandolin on stage and the thickness of my strap plus the straplock had a tendency to pull the endpin out of the mandolin enough that it came out on three different occasions in rehearsal

Fortunately i was playing the mandolin or was able to catch it with my left arm before it hit the ground

I could never get my endpin in tight enough with this straplock for it to be safer than simply using a fresh strap with stiff leather
