When pain starts i take 3 caps at a time sometimes several times a day. Bioflavanoids in this product, such as quercetin, have other health promoting properties. I take 1 daily at bedtime and it has helped me tremendously with pain and urgency.

It has cranberry fruit in the list of ingredients, and that's actually a bladder irritant. They won't let you return the product or give a refund.
