There is no study that has evaluated it’s effectiveness. Advertised results are spot on. It's also a * booster.
Cymbiotika is the gold standard. The quality is superior, and from a reputable company. A bit pricey but worth every cent. This is 100% legit.
Cons
This is not edible. This comes with a tiny scoop, which by itself isn't a problem, but you can't get this sticky stuff to leave the scoop. Gave me terrible headaches and unable to return.
