Lovely product but after using it a good amount for a few months they eventually stopped working all together

Delivery was perfect only reason why this isnt a 5 star review is that my remote doesnt work the lights come on when plugged in but despite following the instructions removing the battery tag swapping the battery the lights wont respond to the remote
