Packaging/appearance
Torn packaging missing rubber strap for the taillight and no usb cable
I would use another on the helmet or most mtb in our area use the 25ish cree light that sells here posting 2000 lumens
Competitiveness
This is my third purchase of cygolite products
I may put a small panhead screw in the bar to provide a stop point past which the rubber strap could not slide
Once again credit goes to the team at wirecutter for this recommendation

I also have the metro 400 but its only flash setting still consumes its battery in about 4 hours

Its smaller and lighter than the metro however as others have mentioned the rubber strap does not hold the light in place under really rough road and offroad conditions
