I purchased my computer in october of 2016 and for these last few months its performed stunningly and ran most any game smoothly with little to no trouble however im disappointed to find out that only 6 months later my cooling fan is already going out

I dont want to say the customer service was poor because the rep himself was quite helpful but either they were stacked with calls or he was the only one in the office because almost an hour of wait time for the 3 minutes of actual talking to a rep is insane

I did receive the fan and everything has been smooth sailing until a few days ago and i noticed that once again the fan has started to crap out

Ive had this pc over a year and have had no problems exept like after getting into harder games to run u need a new graphics card and thats the only problem i had and u will need a few upgrades to make the performence better
