    The unit came with all the parts to rack mount or towermount the ups but the rubber feet used for tower setup cannot be used if you put the ups on a shelf there are no feet or provisions for feet if you put it on a shelf so the bare metal chassis sits on the shelf

    Seems the battery prevents normal amazon return so i opened a case with cyberpower

    For anyone mounting this in a rack the ears alone are not going to provide enough support
