I should had bought the other one with 8 ports and cord it was like extra 8$ but i just don't need so many ports so i bought this one and forgot to check if this one had a cord, it did not.

The only problem is that the usb ports don't work.

Should have exchanged the unit but got too lazy to do it.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I did not see any other solution on amazon that had this exact configuration.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

There is only a small, short plastic nub to keep the unit aligned with the outlet--this is designed to fit into the threaded female hole in the outlet that otherwise takes the faceplate attachment screw.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

This nub barely enters the threaded hole and provides no support for the tap unit.

So, if your outlet is in good shape and provides really strong grip for the tap's metal prongs, you're probably okay.

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

If your wall outlet does not provide a strong grip for the tap's metal prongs, the tap will invariably fall out of the wall outlet--thus disconnecting electrical connection for everything attached.
