I gave this to my friend who has two small dogs behind her fence that bark constantly and consistently every day and night

She said that it does startle them when she has it close to her side of the fence and there is a small opening that i guess the sound travels through

Also while outside it keeps the other neighborhood dogs barking at bay

My dog and my neighbors dogs dont get along well with each other and when they start barking it sounds like theyre quarrelling
