Because they are hard plastic with a soft rubber ear canal piece they tend to remain clean and are easily washed

Make sure you form a tight seal in your ear or its pointless thats how they work better than normal plugs

You only have one or two chances to get them to mold into your ear canal perfectly

If you mess around with them too long or try to reheat them a couple of times you can see where they will not mold to your ear correctly

On the other hand if you dont plan to carefully follow instructions or want the convenience of readymade plugs that you can just pop in youre better off with something else

This item was not as simple as just heating and molding into ear it takes a couple of try’s which is nice about this item
