This is my second grind guard, and my first was purchased through and fitted by my dentist.

The softer lining makes the fit much more forgiving. Fits well and seems sturdy.

It's a slightly intimidating process, but packaging and directions are simple, clear, and easy to follow. They send you two clay-like materials that you mix together and put into dental trays to create the impressions.

The kit comes with a spare putty set. Saves money and time in the long run. Worth every penny.

Cons

My right side of teeth is where i clench more and it has caused me pain on the same side. Should have gone with the dentist.
