Pros

The shade are well made and filter just to right amount of light. The cordless operation is a great feature, giving the shade a clean look. Easy to install material of item is perfect and provides great shade for my room.

One in gold leaf, the other espresso. These are replacements ( after 2 years ) because i have an aggressive puppy. They are solid and feel very durable.

Dedicated people and businesses like this should be commended for their hard work and great service. Their customer service is top-notch. Quality is great however. Shipment time very reasonable as well.

Nice and fits perfectly, just as expected.

Easy and smooth to operate up and down manually with the middle tab. Easy to install. Follow the instructions. Goes up anddown smoothly.

Cons

Each blind they ship has a big stick on label. Label is cheap mailing paper type with * glue. All three now sag and no longer hold tight to the upper window when raised.

Lifetime warranty is a fallacy. Seems like a design flaw.
