Pros
Product helps with the fit of a pair of shoes. Decent arch support is essential for her to avoid foot/leg pain and injury. Fits narrow nike cleats perfect!
They fit great as an insole replacement and were very comfortable. Not bulky like other insoles. Thin but durable with good arch support and padding in the right places.
Cons
Whoever fulfilled the order is awful. My left foot has severe pain with this insole.

I use these almost daily over last 56 months and the spots where my big toe and ball of foot are where i pivot a lot in soccer i have basically drilled a hole through the insole which is a bummer covered in image by blue blister tape
