The labels were difficult to separate from the paper but i realized the trick was to try and rip the paper because it separated the label from the paper

Unfortunately 3 out of the 12 cup were broken

So everything looked good until we tried inserting the straw in the lid and well it didnt seem to go in so we noticed that the hole wasnt fully puncture or something as you can see in the picture
