Pros

Individual packaging allows capsules to stay fresh. Bacteria ranges from place to place, as close as a 2 hr drive. There are cases of particularly people with immunocompromise becoming very sick or even dying.

Works as advertised. Great for a traveling guy. Thumbs up. These are outstanding.

Cons

The expiration date of this capsule is 9/22. Didn't do much for me and actually caused some gassiness.
