Pros

These gummies are a game changer. They are easy to chew and taste good. I have two young girls that seem to struggle with tummy issues and digestive.

Cons

The description of this product is deceptive. In one gummy, there's only about 5% of a 3-year-olds recommended fiber. It also says veggie fiber on the label but the only veggie i see in the ingredients are “colors from fruits and vegetables”.

I read the reviews of other parents complaining about this messing their kids stomach up. These are basically expensive fruit snacks.

After about a week of consistent use we were back to a consistent daily schedule with no more painful constipation.

I live this gummy probiotic great value for.

It can get a bit expensive though….
