Pros
Culligan appears to be a top notch filtration system. Crisp, pure water from a dedicated faucet. Only issue i have is with the slight chlorine taste.
I was able to keep the existing plumbing (the water lines are the same size in both systems) and simply swap out the filter and its mount.

Culligan says on the filter cartridge warning:. Not sustainable to replace filters monthly. This filter removes the chlorine but leaves a medicine-like taste. Adapter that came with unit is cheat plastic using non-industry standard size.
Hopefully, this is only a fluke but thought it needed to be reported.
First time trying the rc 3 and extremely disappointing. Will not use again. It now leaks.

I had this exact model installed for 15 years but didnt realize it needed to be replaced after 10 years till it started dripping

Reverse osmosis is even smaller but cant tell the difference and it costs so much more to buy and maintain plus the membrane is so small that for every gallon you get 3 gallons are wasted from the pressure against the membrane only 25 gets thru to use
