Cons
This griddle is not self heating by induction but the naming says it is. When it heats up the tortillas or pancakes stick or cook uneven. Very poor preparation and packing job for boxing.

First off i rarely ever use this as a griddle but when i have it’s fine only ever cooked pancakes that way but i prefer a stand alone electric griddle anyway

Because of the heavy bottom you do have to mind the food because it will burn bottom first

I have broiled with it in a pinch but i don’t like to use teflon coated pans at high heat due to toxic off gassing and i own pet birds

I decided i had to write this review because tonight i made some stuffed meat and cheese pastry with it and the inevitable cheese spilled out and burns on the pan
