Pros
The reconditioned one was flawlessly like new. There were no marks or water spots on the carafe, filter basket, or main unit. This one has the spout as part of a plastic collar on the top of the carafe.
Cons
Shame on amazon for selling these faulty refurbished units. The descriptions says accessories might be replaced with non-oem, but not that they were not included. Repaired, repacked coffee machine.
