Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a very interesting and satisfying recipe book if you’re a sicilian. Sicilians rarely use butter and cream as olive oil is the first choice in recipes. Our sicilian exchange student loves these recipes. The pictures of sicily are so beautiful.
This food would be the darling of any nutritionist. This includes fruit and warm spices in savory dishes. All the recipes give uk and usa measurements together with centigrade and fahrenheit oven temperatures.

Most of these are not quick meals so they end up being weekend meals but let me tell you the meals are worth the effort
