The desk is a good sturdy one that is easy to assemble but whoever packaged it seemed to have forced all the parts into the styrofoam making a mess and all but one of the legs has chunks of styrofoam that were shoved in that i could not get out

When taking it out and assembling it the directions were missing and there was a laminate chip on the top corner

Cubicubis web site fortunately had video directions for assembling the desk im sure they would have emailed me the written ones but assembly was fairly straight forward and the video was fine

For instance and its important to notice there are holes about a third of the way down along the insides of the legs that will later be used to fasten brackets to the underside of the top of the frame
