This creates an interesting and growing tension as the book progresses the humans treat seriously what is really rather trivial and fail to realize until late in the game that the whole system of virtual reality they have been participating in has indeed taken on life and death seriousness

More immersive video games that allow you to acquire realas we follow the various characters in the story we see their actions in real life as well as in the virtual world and inside different video games i do personally have interest in video games and technology so some people who do not get video games may be turned off by the video games into real life portions of the story
