When i initially received this unit

It worked for great initially but i when i turned on the receiver there was a new handshake which yielded video but no audio for both the receiver output and the tv output

The splitter had to be powered off and back on to get audio back i tried every possible order and configuration of reconnecting and powering up but no audio
