Comes in 3 individual squares with out any way to connect them to use for first aid/ cold therapy. A few packets are without liquid anymore. Don't last anywhere close to the 24hrs as claimed.

I did make a thin cotton sleeve that i slip one into to prevent the ice pack from coming in contact with my bare skin when wearing dresses
