Pros & Cons
Pros
All of the guitar-centric tools are great. The larger hex wrenches are 'just' long enough to make truss rod adjustments. The allen wrench's are pretty good quality, although i did not get to test them out as much as i would have liked.
The kit contains most of the commonly needed tools for setup and adjustments. The wire cutters make string changing easy, and the booklet is very useful. I like to stash extra strings around the back so that everything is there when i need it.
Cruztools also throws in a booklet on how to do a setup. It gives the setup specs for electric, acoustic, and bass guitars. There are a lot of great guitars that need a good set up and now i don't have to spend $50 a pop to make them playable.
Cons
The case is really lousy on this kit. The tools are made very cheap. I also bought the nut sause, that is a total waist of money. Fender recommends 3 in 1 oil.
