Pros

The on-ramp program/ videos are very useful and really help you think more about the long-term goal of getting better. The online tutorials are superb. Yes, this is very expensive for what you get equipment-wise, but the programming works.

Struggling with lagging shoulder injury for years. Swimming takes it away for a while and the crossover cord workout also seems to be helping my overall shoulder health. Has helped my overhead lifts and general shoulder health immensely.

Read over the material before heading to the gym; definitely some familiarization with exercises light va heavy, eye height vs knee height. This workout is simple, quick, and it works!

Cons

Upon arriving it only has a 3lb and 10lb. I wish my home was set up for another attachment option, but it's not.
