Pros

Great adaptability to lessen the weight or carry it all. Use it regularly as part of crossfit workouts. Lb variant is impossible to hide, even with a baggy sweatshirt on.

I use it to go hiking and this vest gets the job done. Shorter versions are available to help with that issue. Works as described.

Cons

Even the weight fulcrum is off and lower than it should be. Should have forked some dough out for the flatter weighted plates. After about 75 to 100 uses the velcro is completely shot.
