This heats up my food evenly. I plug it in at 8am and by 11am my food is perfect. I usually bring a soup of some kind, but i've also used it for a pasta meal with plenty of sauce, and it worked great!

Added gasket inside the inner pot is the weakest link. Claims liner is stainless steel, but it feels way to thin and light for real stainless steel.

The model feels less sturdy than the earlier model. Although the cord can be removed, the cord cannot be ticked away. If space is at a premium, i recommend the previous version which has a much smaller footprint.
