At first i questioned the quality it seemed a little flimsy but it works and i love it
I replaced another “crock pot” brand i had with this and am very pleased
It also took longer to roast than the recipe said it should take recipe came from the brochure that was in the box with the cooker

The ceramic coating on the pot is scratchingpeeling off way too easily

We have not used metal utensils on it but it seems like scrubbing it with just a normal scotch brite pad is showing on the ceramic

I feel like this coating shouldnt be coming off this easily and that is the most disappointing part of this cooker

We had to leave it in for about 1520 more mins than the recipe called for because the roast was still raw not pink

There are too big of openings on the grill especially on the farthest rightleft sides so broccoli and veggies were falling through into the water below
