I had some email correspondence prior to my order shipping and customer service was responded quickly and was more than helpful

I never saw any movement from the isopods i followed the instructions but i am not sure they made it though shipping

In fact it was so fast i actually missed the attempt at delivery and had to go pick it up at my local post office the next morning

Packaging/appearance

Super considerate packaging plus instructions came with the critters so that took weight off my shoulders
