My kit did not come with the motor dampeners , but instead came with a second all metal extruder kit.
this is a great upgrade kit with the capricorn tube and the stepper motor dampeners great if you have original ender3.
Packaging/appearance
That being said the extruder is not much of an upgrade from stock, outside of the matterial its made of.

This kit worked awesome for me bought this as a day one upgrade for the ender 3 pro it installed easily enough i did not end up using the motor mounts but the kit is worth it just to save money on the 3 most complained about problems with the ender 3, the fittings for the boden tube, the poor quality tube itself and the plastic extruder that quickly develops groves.

You will need a mini press to remove the gears from any of the axis motors.

Unless you have the screw on gears or have the press you won't he able to use these right away.
