I waited the suggested time for a second coat and it started to show a few small bumps as if there was dirt so i scratched it off it comes right off and restarted and it still had a few bumps

Easy to use directions clearly marked and it leaves a nice shiny but not overwhelming coat

Second the cardboard tube is covered with a release agent which prevented the paint from sticking
