This is my cat's favorite food so I have no complaints whatsoever with the quality. However, there seems to be an inconsistency or misunderstanding from the distributers as to how much product you are actually intended to receive. Essentially, the past few of times I have ordered, I have received only HALF of the amount as listed.I've ordered this item over 10 times now, and originally received the correct amount as listed: 24 * 2.6 Oz. trays. It came in a cardboard box which contained two smaller boxes with the branding on them, exactly as shown in the item picture. Despite using the Buy Again button to reorder from the same listing, the last few times I have received only ONE of the sub-boxes that have the branding on them containing only 12 twin-packs. The included table breaks down the total amount in ounces that you are expected to receive versus what has actually been shipped recently. For this most recent order, I even selected a different distributor, but still received HALF.I can understand the confusion: twin packs, the distributors recently have been counting each half as a single unit, incorrectly totaling to 24. However, you can read on the pack in my image or even the body of the listing, that each half of the tray is ONLY 1.32 Oz., both totaling to approximately 2.6 Oz. Thus, you are getting 12 * 2.6 Oz. packs = 24 * 1.3 Oz. packs. As per the listing of the product, make sure you receive all 63.36 Oz. and NOT 31.68 Oz. Figure out how much you are paying per ounce and compare with listings elsewhere. You will likely see you are only receiving half as much!  Read Less
