Energy boost is still there. This is the first product i have used which has allowed me to not only loose weight, but also loose inches. Take just one in the morning on an empty stomach, and it gives me energy and lifts my mood.

Although the product does state there is caffine i dont feel jittery or really notice anything other than a decreased urge to eat and that is what i was looking for
