I've purchased other suction cups advertised as heavy duty, and of course they were actually flimsy. THESE however are quite durable and maintain their shape under heat. This is important to me because I use them to hold sun shields on my car windows in the Arizona heat. Even though these cups are made from the same material as others, they are thicker, and ribbed, which adds to their durability. Eventually, of course, they will flatten out and stop adhering to the glass, but it appears that they will last for almost the entire summer. That's all I expect, because there's no plastic on earth that can withstand an entire summer of full sun exposure in Arizona.  Read Less

I use these for loofah and other items in shower. Suction could be a bit stronger, but overall they work fine and stay stuck to shower wall a reasonable length of time before falling. Not a big deal, and they are convenient.  Read Less
