The picture is great close to hd (the standard video input/output is limiting here) and the night vision is fairly noisy but good.

The first camera i received seemed defective but after contacting cosmic optix, they sent a new camera immediately.

When i received the new camera, i plugged everything in the way it was shown in one of their installation videos for a toyota (splicing into the reverse light for power), started the car, put it in reverse and got a picture but it was black and white and completely distorted and flickering.
