Great camera, very bright at night with just vehicle backup lights. This camera seems to provide a brighter and clearer image than the OEM camera in the wife's Acadia. I fabbed up the mounting bracket for my truck because the license plate frames obscure the state name on the plate. I had to turn the small bracket upside down from the way it was shipped to me to get it to mount the way I wanted, not a problem. Do this if you must over a surface to catch the screws, as they are tiny and easily dropped. Wiring very simple after routing the signal cable along frame rail and zip tied. Connected 12v+ to backup light power feed of factory trailer light connector, so that camera turns on when shifting into reverse. (the monitor is also wired to the reverse power feed and turns on when shifting into reverse) I also recommend tape and non adhesive heat shrink on the connectors back there to protect from elements. This has been installed now for 6 months, and working very well. This is a must have option if you hook up trailers. I should have done this years ago!  Read Less

I was really impressed with the quality here... it really works well. The image is crisp and clear and the camera can be adjusted to get exactly the right point of view. It was pretty easy to install after following the directions. I think this will definitely help me out and provide that little extra peace of mind provided when backing out of parking spaces.  Read Less
