Bought this pillow for my mom she had eye surgery cornea transplant all is going well as i am writing this review we needed this pillow right away the day of surgery and the shipping time were not going to work out 4 days but luckily the ownerinventor of the cosmed recovery neck pillow stepped in and got it too us quickly thank you now for the review my mom loves the pillow it is keeping her head in the correct horizontal position so important for healing and recovery also she says it is extremely comfortable i talked with the ownerinventor for just a few minuets and was told that all the materials and the pillow its self are top quality and made in the usa
