In this case im actually still running a slightly aged but still very capable intel x99 system so it has quad channel memory

I was iffy about some of these memory kits as some people have reported them not working but in my experience it seems to be more so a compatibility issue

The ram worked just fine in single channel mode but my pc would not post with them installed in dual channel locations

I do not blame the ram for this as another set of two matched 16gb sticks would not post either

Whenever you populate all dram slots you wonder if you can retain the timings and speed youve been using whether it be simply an xmp profile or youve spent time determining your own optimized overclock settings
