Pros & Cons
Pros
The 850-w seasonic unit i used last time around is now big bux. This pc is mission-critical. Rule of thumb always buy a larger psu than the minimum wattage recommended. Used one on a high speed pc.
Cons
This is unfair to me and shame on corsair for that lack of customer support. It is disappointing considering the cost i paid, the fact that i cant imagine someone putting less strain on it then i did. Really unfortunate and will just be returning.
Highlights
Quality
Use the cables included or compatible cables from the manufacture with the psu
Use the cables included or compatible cables from the manufacture with the psu
I found this one to be the most affordable without compromise in quality
Besides that this psu is top tier quality
Price
Good variety of ports for this price range too
Competitiveness
I originally purchased an evga 850 gt when i purchased my 6900xt for my 5600x system
This psu drives my ryzen 5600 geforce 3070 rig
Currently pairing this with a ryzen 7 5800x rtx 3080 ti and 32gb 3600mhz ram
I’ll always buy corsair or evga psus
