Pros

This keyboard is great for the more laid back gamer. The macro functionality is extensive and the keyboard can support 18 different macros stored in three banks of 6. It's nice and responsive.

Fantastic keyboard. Totally exceeded expectations. Nice touch for someone who maybe isn't as clean about their cheetos habit as they should be.

Cons

The keystrokes are inconsistent, and several keys started failing after only a few months of light use. Googling for the issue finds many others have had this issue with corsair keyboards. I removed the software completely, there's no point of install... Read More

Seems decently made and would be a nice low cost gaming keyboard. The only thing nice about this keyboard are the programmable keys and the lighting effect. It’s only shine was that it worked great when i bought it.

Build quality to me the keyboard does not have a great feel

I got to play with the corsair k40 along with the logitec g410 sidebyside at the same time

Packaging/appearance

Packaging was high quality and the multicolored backlighting is nice but not all that necessary

Competitiveness

I would recommend it over a k55

However still a top notch keyboard for the price
