Vengence pro 1600 ddr3 will not work in a dell computer. No way to change the speed or the timing settings on this ram to make it behave as it is advertised to be.

On a negative note that has nothing to do with the technical specs this 2x8gb kit has exploded in price overnight from 70 to 86 us
Pretty frustrating since the ram that came with the dell was running at 1600mhz so why on earth it would reduce the speed is beyond me

Memory runs at the advertised latency and clock rate and the price was good
