Pros

Easy assembly and setup. It's plug and play basically. Not super silent, but still very quiet.

This works great! A spendy purchase but definitely worth it. Let run for alert a day or two before making more adjustments.

I have this skimmer attached to my 90 gallon reef aquarium. This insump skimmer does a excellent job in my 36’18”18’ 50 gallon reef tank. Reef octopus is the only one i've purchased for 2 different tanks.

Only complaint it the way it is set up is it reacts to actual water level in your sumo. Quickly removes nitrates etc from the water.

Cons

It's super hard to dial in. It's suuuuuper finicky about water level. Turned all the way down, it takes about 10 seconds to overflow.
