Please be aware these are 100 mg capsules, not 200 mg.

They tried coq10 because parkinson's disease effects the mitochondria, the batteries that produce energy for cells, and even though it wasn't clear exactly how coq10 effects mitochondria, they found that it does positively effect mitochondria.
