There are some areas of the undersurface of the lip of the tray that is that copper finish isnt perfect on but it doesnt affect the functionality or look you have to really look for it

The broccoli cheese stuffed chicken breasts come out wonderfully moist and tender although the cordon blue versions dont come out quite as well

The i saw the same spots where i store this rack below the oven

I discovered that the rolled edges of these pans were rusting inside and the water that dripped out from the edges was very rusty

Apparently the edges are raw uncoated steel inside thus the rusting issue
